What this site is

Letterhead Examples helps people who need a professional letterhead fast: small business owners, office managers, church and school staff, attorneys, freelancers and job seekers. Every example on this site is an original design created for this site, and every design comes with a free Word template.

How we create examples

Each example is built around a realistic type of organization and the details that kind of organization needs on its letterhead. All names, addresses, phone numbers (from the 555-01xx fictional range) and email addresses are invented. Any resemblance to a real organization is unintended. The guides are based on standard business-correspondence conventions and, where we mention legal requirements, on official rules, which we summarize but don't replace.

Where our guides mention legal requirements, such as company details in the UK or professional conduct rules for lawyers, they're general information only. Rules change and vary by location, so always check with the relevant authority or a qualified professional.
